Refund and Returns Policy For Store Orders

Shipping Speed

Shipping and production speed are chosen at checkout, as a customer of Fiddler Creek Graphics please understand most of our products are made custom to order which is what allows such awesome customization options, because of this, it can take up to 14 days to make and produce the items for your order. However, if you need your order fast, you can get it in just a couple of days by choosing a faster production and delivery method at checkout.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products we do not issue refunds or exchanges under most circumstances. Once your order is placed we acquire blank products and materials to make your order come to life. Again when placing an order please insure that your items are the correct size, color, and options you would like. Also insure your shipping address is correct as we do not refund returned packages or incorrectly addressed orders. If your order does not arrive in a timely manner based on your selected shipping speed or your order appears to be stuck in transit on your tracking information please contact us and we will review the location of your package and send a replacement if warranted.

Shipping Damage

If you receive a damaged product please contact us as soon as possible and do not attempt to install or apply any damaged products without first contacting us. We may ask for some photos of the damage and if the damage was sustained during transit we will issue a replacement.

Returned Packages or Invalid Addresses

If your package is returned to the sender, the supplied address is identified as invalid, or the address input by the customer was not the correct shipping address; the buyer may pay for a reshipment to a corrected valid address. If a package is not claimed by the buyer within 90 days of the purchase date, the order will be forfeited and no refund will be offered. Please insure you complete the address fields correctly when checking out!

Graphics Installation

It is the buyers ultimate responsibility to apply their purchased graphics correctly via the supplied instructions or video link. Fiddler Creek Graphics will not replace products that were installed improperly.
